The modified capillary tube precipitin test was used to identify blood meal sources of Culex quin4uefasciotus emerging i.o--."*"g" ditches in East Baton Rorrge-Parish, Louisiana. Canines *"." ti* p'.i"iary hosts, mi Fi*."rifo.mes" and humans were also suit;ble blood meal sources. The il;;l;s;;ie;. qii"qieficiaLfus feeding on these 3 hosts fluctuated with the habitat and the season.
